In addition, in the case of investing in several real estate units, it is possible to use, for example, several apartments at the same time for your own needs and thus have the opportunity to spend your vacation with extended family or friends in one place.

Transparency: A new, separate legal entity (SPV) based in the Czech Republic is established for each project invested in. Individual investors then buy shares in this company, whereby this company becomes the sole owner of the given real estate project. Creating a separate company for a given project ensures a clear and transparent structure. Investors are thus clear about the division of ownership and responsibility.

Limited risk: Sharing a property between multiple investors spreads the risks. Unexpected costs or losses? These are distributed evenly among all investors, which minimizes the financial impact on each individual investor.
